Post K, Rock Hill of the South Carolina Division handed out Trick or Treat bags to many kids during a Halloween giveaway. They put candy, safety flyers, and safety tips in each bag. Post members distributed as many bags as possible before the rain came.
Participating were: Helen Helms (Post K Secretary and National Community Service Chair), Donald Helms (Post Safety Chair), Peggy Thomas (Post Vice President and Chaplain), Jen Woods, Fay Christenberry (Post Community Service Chair) and National Vice President Richard Martin.
