Matthew Candland, South Boston Town Manager, was the speaker at the October meeting of Virginia Post D in South Boston.
Candland spoke of his experience prior to becoming South Boston’s Town Manager. He also reported on the redevelopment of the South Boston 501 southern entrance and the renewal of the old John Randolph Hotel that will soon be under construction.
